Terms of use for the PractitionerStack screening service.
Service
PractitionerStack provides evidence-based CV screening and recruitment decision support. The service produces an auditable, requirement-by-requirement evidence review of candidate CVs against a job description.
Decision support, not autonomous hiring
PractitionerStack does not make hiring decisions. The employer or recruiter retains the final hiring decision. The screening result is an evidence-based decision-support output and does not constitute an autonomous hiring decision.
Client responsibilities
You must have authority to submit candidate data. You are responsible for the accuracy and authorization of the job description and candidate CVs you submit.
Payment
Standard self-service packages are 100% paid before production screening begins. Only the approved anchor quantities may be purchased automatically; other volumes require a custom quote.
No guarantee of hiring outcomes
PractitionerStack does not guarantee hiring outcomes. The service supports human review; it does not replace it.
Data retention
Source job files (job description and candidate CVs) are automatically deleted from active PractitionerStack storage 30 days after successful job delivery. Completed reports remain available through the secure Client Portal for 365 days after successful delivery, with a warning 7 days before deletion. See the Privacy page for details.
